Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

Capital W Web Agency ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides web development, design, and digital consulting services. By engaging our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these terms and conditions.

Our services include but are not limited to: website development, web application development, digital marketing solutions, SEO optimization, and ongoing technical support.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

Each project will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work (SOW). The SOW will include:

• • Project timeline and milestones
• • Specific deliverables and features
• • Payment terms and schedule
• • Client responsibilities and requirements
• • Revision and approval processes

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Generally:

• • 50% deposit required to commence work
• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • Late payments may incur additional fees
• • All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and designs become the property of the client. However:

• • We retain rights to our development methodologies and frameworks
• • Third-party components remain property of their respective owners
• • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio
• • Source code will be provided upon project completion

5. Warranty & Support

We provide a 30-day warranty on all delivered work covering:

• • Bug fixes for reported issues
• • Functionality corrections
• • Basic technical support

Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
